Your use of the App and its exercises is entirely voluntary. You may stop using the App or delete your account at any time.

3. Activity Tracking and Feedback

The App may track your in-app activities (e.g., frequency, duration, and interactions) solely to generate personalized feedback and insights. No activities outside the App are tracked.
