Our Story

ThinkNow was founded by a team of neuroscientists and entrepreneurs with one goal in mind: take decades of research in cognitive neuroscience and make it accessible to everyone. We saw firsthand that the best techniques being developed in the lab were not making their way into the real world. Our goal is to bring these techniques directly to the consumer by building powerful mental wellness solutions that fit easily into everyday life.

We build our products to address a basic problem: we spend too much of our day struggling to get into a better state of mind.

Think about it: we grab an afternoon coffee when we’re sluggish; we endlessly scroll on our phones when we’re stressed; we battle our thoughts to fall asleep at night. We’re using whatever is available in an attempt to manage our mental states throughout the day; we call this improvised self-regulation. Sometimes it works, but overall these improvised strategies rarely improve our mental wellness.

We wanted to build something that allows people to be more intentional in their self-regulation, something that helps you navigate your day and improves long-term mental wellness.

The ThinkNow app is a mobile suite of tools designed to fit easily into a busy schedule. Whether you’re trying to beat stress, improve focus, or wind down, ThinkNow gives you the tools to take control of your mind.
